1. Change of Mind Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please ensure to carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
2. Exchange for Wrong Size Items: We understand that sometimes sizing can be tricky. If you have received an item in the wrong size, we are happy to exchange it for the correct size, subject to the following conditions:
   1. The item must be in its original condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
   2. The exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
   3. Please contact our customer service team at 0482 174 302 to initiate the exchange process.
   4. The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage for the item. 
3. Australian Consumer Law: Our return and exchange policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair.
4. Lost Parcels: We use tracked postage with Australia Post for all shipments. While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your order, we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit once they are posted. If you encounter any issues with delivery, please contact Australia Post with your tracking information.
5. Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed.
